Paganism and Mental Health: Magical Practices and Wellbeing

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Do you use ritual to express your desired state of being? How does magic impact your relationship with your beloveds or your community?
How do we honor the diversity of magical approaches in our community, weaving anchoring webs of connection? Do your actions and intentions dance together in support of your magic? Join us, as we once again discuss the boundaries and intersections between magic and mental health. We will explore how magical practices can nurture our wellbeing and how supporting our mental health can be conducive to healthier magical practices. We will discuss the impact of individual and collective magical practices on mental health, drawing from examples from a range of traditions.
